Victoria Usher : CEO
Victoria is the strategic driving force behind the business. With a natural passion for PR and an intuitive understanding of communications, Victoria is an exceptionally approachable individual who is as happy writing a challenging white paper as she is rolling up her sleeves to pitch a press release.
Since establishing GingerMay in 2010, Victoria has developed a bespoke, personal, and untraditional approach to PR that provides clients with a meticulously detailed level of service.
From a background forged in politics – Victoria was a political researcher for two MPs at the Palace of Westminster – her career took a rather unconventional route from data analyst to global marketer to PR specialist. The skills Victoria developed, it transpired, were key to creating a flourishing challenger technology PR firm during the worst recession in living memory.
Kirsty Langan : Associate Director
Kirsty is a talented communicator with extensive technology, media, and advertising know-how.
She has worked in consumer and business-to-business PR for almost 20 years, providing valuable strategy guidance. With a network of high-level relationships across the gaming, TV, advertising, content production and technology industries, Kirsty provides in-depth insight on any area required by her clients.
Matthew Usher : Operations and Business Director
As Director of Operations and Business, Matthew is known as ‘The Fixer’ at GingerMay.
With a background in client facing roles for over twenty years, Matthew applies his versatile mind and skillset to a wide range of roles including head of IT, finance, SEO, and website development to help support the PR team. As GingerMay expands globally, Matthew spearheads the research and on-the-ground logistics as the company branches out to other markets.
